Information you give us
When you ring (08) 6171 3458 or send the enquiry form, we receive the details you choose to provide — usually a name, phone number, email address, the property's suburb, and a description of the pool and site (type, size, access, timing). Please keep it to that: the form is not the place for financial details, identity documents or anything else sensitive, and we will never ask for them.
The enquiry form runs on LeadConnector
The form on this site is embedded from LeadConnector (GoHighLevel), a third-party CRM platform. What you type is transmitted to and stored on that platform's infrastructure, which may be located outside Australia, including in the United States, and is retrieved from there to action your enquiry. LeadConnector's own handling of data is governed by its published privacy policy.
Calls may be tracked
The phone number displayed on this site may be a call-tracking number. That means a call can be logged — caller ID, time, duration, and which page prompted it — and may be recorded, solely so enquiries get handled and so we know which pages are useful. Recordings, where they exist, are treated exactly like form submissions: enquiry data, nothing else.
Where your enquiry goes
Referral is the whole service, so this is the important part: your enquiry is forwarded to one or more independent pool removal contractors operating in the Perth metro area, so they can contact you and quote. From the moment a contractor receives it, they hold your information as a separate business under their own privacy practices — this site does not control what they do with it. Beyond referred contractors, your details are visible only to the services that keep the site running (hosting, the form platform, call tracking, analytics) and to anyone the law obliges us to answer.

Asking, correcting, complaining
Email info@pooldemolitionperth.com.au to ask what we hold about you, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted, and you will get a response within a reasonable time. If something has gone wrong with your information and we cannot fix it between us, the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au) takes complaints.
